Christine Schmidt Named Director of Relocation and Client Development for Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® Houston
HOUSTON, TX (March 6, 2017) – Christine Schmidt has just been named the direct of relocation and client development for Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS®’ operations in Houston. Schmidt has been a member of the relocation department for 14 years.
In her new role, Schmidt will work closely with area leadership to establish and execute strategies to successfully achieve the vision of the company company in performance and profitability.
Her future vision is to achieve the ‘Excellence Award’ for all relocation companies and business sources that Coldwell Banker partners with. By effectively educating and coaching performance metrics and usage of available technology to agents, Platinum can be the benchmark going forward.
Outside of her work, Schmidt is actively involved in the community. She volunteers as a camp counselor and volunteer coordinator for the Candlelighters Organization, a charitable nonprofit for children with cancer. In addition, Schmidt supports Habitat for Humanity and the Multiple Sclerosis Society, riding in the MS150 in honor of her mother.
