After successfully selling real estate for 27 years, I have obtained some very unique negotiating and marketing skills which are a great benefit to my clients whether they are buying or selling.

My background has been in home building and business ownership. I have founded & owned (6) businesses - 2 of which were ad agencies and 2 were my own real estate companys. What this means to you as a seller is that I know marketing and will do my best to set your home apart from the rest in advertising it for sale, in tandem with the expansive internet marketing from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Also, if you are buying a home, as my real estate career evolved in new home sales & construction, I know a great deal about what to look for in a home that you should consider carefully before purchasing. This saves my buyer's from getting too emotionally involved in a home that may involve costly repairs in the future. Expertise relating to Buyers: Having begun my real estate career in the early 90's with the Del Webb Corporation/new home sales: I gained vast knowledge of building a home from the ground up. This knowledge continued later while my husband & I created & operated a custom home & remodeling company for 12 years. What this means is that while we look at homes together I may see something that needs to be repaired and/or I may also see a special benefit to a certain upgrade of the home that will save you money later!

Expertise relating to Sellers: My real estate career began in New Home Sales. With that I saw many "model homes" over the years & was required at times to "critique" them as to the floor plan and staging for the builder. This enhanced my "staging" skills which I often perform at my own expense when listing a home. This makes it more appealing so that any buyer can visualize their own favorite art & furnishings. Staying well-informed on all new upgrades & options in a home is imperative to me! It helps when pricing the home for my seller's to make it appealing to potential buyers. Conversely staying current on market trends saves my buyers money when making an offer should the home be overpriced!
