I will be there every step of the way through helping you negotiate the purchase offer and contract, financing suggestions, making sure you know your responsibilities as a Buyer, overseeing inspections, handling all necessary paperwork throughout the purchasing process, and supervising the closing. I will be there every step of the way and will mitigate any issues that might arise during this process. When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise and market your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, and consult on Home Selling Strategies. Putting the family home up for sale is clearly an ominous task and you will be faced with many financial and emotional decisions during the entire sales process.
