Joan has been a licensed REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since March 2002. During that time she earned her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and as result of outstanding customer service Joan has been made a member of the Corporate Relocation team. Joan is also an accredited Home Staging Professional to better market her client's homes.

"My personal background was paramount in my decision to pursue a career in Real Estate sales. For years I rode the corporate relocation bandwagon with my husband's job as a sales and marketing executive. While raising a family we moved twelve times around North America. I have engaged the service of several REALTORS over the years and observed a significant gap between the level of service delivered from one agent to another. I knew I could do better.

My husband Peter eventually left the corporate life and for the first time we picked our own spot to live, deciding to settle with our two Labradors in Carefree, Arizona...a location chosen purely because we love it. Here in Carefree, I bring the experience learned from years on the move and my pledge to deliver outstanding peronal service to the table every day."
