McCaul Wallesen

Hi! I am McCaul and I am proudly serving the North Scottsdale Coldwell Banker Office. I serve all of Scottsdale and the surrounding areas in the Valley. 

I am a Scottsdale native, born and raised here, giving me familiar knowledge of the area and a strong desire to make the valley part of your roots.

I have been on all sides of the real estate world, from buying and selling multiple homes, to buying my very own dream home.

I learned at a young age that I loved serving families and utilized my compassion of serving families by working in the funeral industry. It has taught me great listening skills, genuine compassion skills, and detail-oriented skills.

With my ability to help serve families during a very difficult time in their life at need, I am now transitioning my ability to help serve families during a very big decision in their life at need.

I am ambitiously driven to help everyone I meet find their dream home.

Most recently I have worked for my family's business in construction. I have been a large part in running the office and back side of the business.

My current business with Coldwell Banker is built on compassion, communication, diligence, and transparency. I actively strive to keep people and transactions on track — smoothly and professionally.

When I am not working, I am spending my free time with my daughter Niiva and Dachshund Auto. I enjoy seeking out new coffee shops. I love admiring the desert terrain while on various hikes throughout the valley and learning about all the cactus species.
