Mindy Clarkin

Hello! My name is Mindy Clarkin and I am a licensed, full-time Residential Real Estate Agent in the Verde Valley and a proud associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s VOC office.

I serve all clients: first time home buyers, retiring individuals, and those wishing to relocate. Having returned to the area myself, in 2020, I would love to assist those looking to make a home in the Verde Valley: including Sedona, the VOC, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Clarkdale, Cornville and Jerome.

My mission is, simply, to serve my clients with integrity, ensuring their best interests are realized when purchasing their ideal property or selling their existing one. I was born in Flagstaff, spent summers and holidays in Arizona, and recently moved back to the great state of Arizona. I love to explore all that the Verde Valley has to offer, especially hiking, jeeping and rock hounding; and would be glad to share my favorite spots. Ultimately, I strive to offer that personal touch, creating lifelong ‘neighbors’.
