With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, Bryan Speights has a broad background to assist you with your real estate transactions.
Bryan received his Real Estate Sales License in 1977, his Broker's License in 1982 and has a Masters in Public Administration from San Jose State University.
He has extensive experience in commercial and residential property management, tax-deferred exchanges and multiple- and single-family residential sales.
Bryan also has a background in new construction and remodeling and understands the complexities of the planning and permit process. He has been a resident of Santa Cruz County for over 30 years, is married and has two children who attend local schools.
