Prior to real estate, worked 12 years as commercial photographer, technical photographer, photo technician, graphic artist, retoucher, and pre-press production supervisor. Happily married 28 years, with two grown children. Creator of "Broker Deeds" real estate comic.

Very experienced with property rehabs, repairs, estimating, recommendations, property staging, how repairs affect value, pricing and valuation. Have been involved in hundreds of rehabs, completed hundreds of valuations for individuals, banks, and other institutions.
Have testified as an expert real estate witness.
