More about Katie Minor
Katie Minor has been a REALTOR® since 1983, spending seven years working with local buyers and sellers before she was hired as the manager of the Pleasanton branch of Contempo Realty.
Katie discovered she had a passion for helping Independent Sales Associates achieve their goals in real estate and created an office culture that focused on professionalism, integrity, high standards of care and mutual respect for others. In 1997 the firm Katie worked for was acquired by the NRT becoming Century 21/Contempo Realty and transitioning to Coldwell Banker in 1999.
Katie obtained her Broker’s license in 2001 and in 2003 she relocated to the Sacramento Region becoming the Director of Training for Coldwell Banker in the Sacramento/Tahoe region. She spent four years working closely with new and experienced Sales Associates and loved the opportunity to focus her efforts entirely on helping real estate professionals exceed the expectations they had for their real estate careers.
In 2007 Katie became the Managing Broker for the Coldwell Banker office in El Dorado Hills and in 2009 she also became the Managing Broker for the Coldwell Banker office in Placerville. She continues to guide her Sales Associates to success and feels it is important to be available to them, helping them solve problems and celebrate success.
Throughout the years Katie has served on the Board of Directors and was named REALTOR® of the Year for the Southern Alameda County Board of REALTORS®, was President of the local chapter of the Womens’ Council of REALTORS®, has served on the Board of Directors for the El Dorado County Association of REALTORS® and was President of the El Dorado County Association of REALTORS® in 2014.
