Nancy Duff named "The Goddess of Real Estate in Berkeley California" by the New York Times in 2005.

She has vast experience working with buyers (including the first time) and sellers in all types of real estate transactions. She is knowledgeable and straightforward. Nancy is a member of the Berkeley Association of Realtors and has served as a member of the city of Berkeley's Zoning Adjustments Board. She has a master's degree in sociology from San Francisco State University. In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker, Nancy is also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), which has proven helpful on more than one occasion.

Nancy helped to pioneer the live/work concept in the east bay.
