Graduate Realtor Institute: The Graduate REALTOR® Institute is a nationally recognized educational institute dedicated to furthering the fundamental knowledge and skills of REALTORS®. The GRI series benefits more experienced real estate practitioners to help them stay current on timely issues and to freshen and reinforce their basic skills.

Accredited Buyer's Representative: The ABR is a designation awarded to Realtors demonstrating practical experience as a buyer's representative. The ABR designation is sponsored by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, or "REBAC", a membership council that trains experienced REALTORS® in specifically representing the real estate consumer.

Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource: Short sale and foreclosure knowledge in todays market is a must, The SFR is the only official short sale and foreclosure designation offered by the National Association of Realtors. The certification program includes training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk.

Seniors Real Estate Specialist: REALTORS® with the SRES designation help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, and managing the capital gains/tax implications of owning real estate. By earning the SRES designation, a REALTOR® has demonstrated that they have the requisite knowledge, experience, and expertise to be a Senior’s Real Estate Specialist and counselor.

Resort & Second Home Property Specialist: The Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) is an education-based certification program. Launched in 2006, the RSPS Certification was created by the National Association of REALTORS® to better serve the growing second-home and resort real estate market and now has over 800 elite members.

e-PRO: The e-PRO certification is a training program to certify REALTORS® as Internet and marketing Professionals.
