My name is Sam Fard. I came from Iran to Los Angeles in 1972 to pursue my education in Architecture at USC.

Although my heart and soul were in Architecture, it was not as lucrative as I hoped, so I joined Transamerica life insurance company as a sales agent and became the branch manager in 1984.

While managing the insurance agency, I was buying homes that needed fixing, and after renovations sold them for a profit.

In 1985 got my real estate license and started in the real estate business. I have enjoyed helping many clients buying their new home. Also have helped many homeowners sell their homes by sharing my knowledge in Architecture and business negotiations.

I am very proud to be a member of the team in Coldwell Banker Real Estate Company.
