Cody Hutcherson is an affiliate partner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a subsidiary of Realogy, located in La Jolla California. Cody is a graduate of Kaplan University, where he studied Real Estate.
After Graduation, Cody launched his career in La Jolla California, where he began to specialize in selling expired, and cancelled Luxury Real Estate transactions. That eventually led to a three-year partnership with a prominent publicly traded company. It was in this capacity with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, that he began to work on Land Development, Commercial Real Estate, and Multi-class Residential Properties throughout the Southwest Region.
Soon afterward, his expanded expertise in contract servicing and marketing allowed him to focus on providing high-net worth clients and development specialist with his services. Cody was also in several progressive roles with regional business throughout southern California and Arizona in the past fifteen years, where he oversaw the management and business development of several high-profile clientele and projects such as; The Port of Long Beach, Irvine Company Commercial, Irvine Company Residential, Jones Lang Lasalle, Lincoln Military Housing, McMillian Development, KB Homes, Farnsworth Companies, CBRE, Kilroy Realty Corporation, Chase Bank, Commercial REIT's, and several master planned communities. He also was nominated and served as co-chair to the membership committee for an international commercial non-profit organization, were he expanded membership, and planned several highly visible events and galas.
