WHY I AM A REALTOR®
What I love about my job is that no two sales are ever the same. Each transaction is as unique as the client I serve. Getting to know my clients, really listening to understand their objectives - that is where I focus my attention as we start to work together. When I have a firm understanding of what the client wants, I then focus on how to provide service to get to the close of escrow as efficiently as possible. I believe I possess the valuable combination of skills necessary to be an effective Realtor®: drive, attention to detail, organization, eye for design, market knowledge and a bit of intuition.
I have been a Realtor® since 2005. What my years of experience have taught me is to keep learning! I take very seriously the need to keep up with industry changes, market conditions and technology. I have worked with other brokerages over my career but have chosen to partner with Coldwell Banker because of their commitment to the education of their agents. WHY I LIVE IN SACRAMENTO
I think Sacramento has “it all”! It is a big enough city to have a variety of sports teams, theatre, ballet, symphony and a plethora of great restaurants, yet small enough to offer a tight-knit community feel. Whether you are after an urban vibe, a country feel or a planned community, there is a place for you in this wonderfully diverse city. I have called Sacramento my home for all but two years of my life and would choose to live nowhere else. If you have a home to sell, I am a strong advocate for the region. If you are a buyer, I know the areas and neighborhoods that will best suit your needs and lifestyle.
A BIT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
I married my college sweetheart in 1988 and have two grown sons. I was once the PTA president, cookie dough peddling soccer mom and I loved that phase in life. Now my focus is more on personal endeavors. I love to cook, decorate, garden, and find unique treasures for my home. I feel one's personal space and where we dwell is very important. By getting to know my clients, what they enjoy and how they live, combined with my knowledge of the area, helps me direct them into moves that enhance their quality of life.
