Trenton started in commercial real estate in April 1977 in Dallas, TX with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate (now CBRE). Trenton was “Rookie of the Year “ in 1978 and #1 in the office in 1986 when he was selected to be the new Sales Manager for the Coldwell Banker Commercial office in San Diego. After several years as the office manager, Trenton went back into commercial sales where he was #33 in the United States and #1 in Southern California in 1994. In 1995, Trenton joined BRE Commercial Real Estate, San Diego as an owner/broker. During Trenton’s 12 years with BRE, Trenton was consistently in the Top 5 (gross revenue).
