Mission Statement

Working in the Laguna Beach office for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Cheri Romig’s goal is to provide her clients with all the information and support they will require to make a completely informed decision regarding the sale or purchase of their dream property. She is a residential luxury home specialist serving all areas of coastal Orange County. This is a market which demands from the agent constant attention to detail as well as skilled negotiating ability. Backed by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and its unsurpassed tools and resources, Cheri is able to provide her clients all of the support services necessary for a successful transaction.


In addition, Cheri has traveled extensively abroad and spent many years volunteering in the community. She graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Services and worked as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit taking care of critically ill patients. This experience honed a certain intuitiveness that is vital in all real estate relationships.

Areas of Service

Cheri is the traveling director for the Laguna Board of REALTORS®, president elect for the Laguna Board of REALTORS®, director for the Laguna Charitable Assistance Fund, director for the Laguna Board of REALTORS®, and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, and the Laguna Beach Association of REALTORS®. She has also served as the Chair of the Education Committee for the Laguna Board of REALTORS®, lining up workshops and speakers for the board members, and attends workshops and legislative meetings.


In her free time, Cheri is an avid reader and has traveled extensively nationally and internationally. She has always been a very active community volunteer, delivering meals to those who are unable to leave their home due to poor health, as well as serving on the Habitat for Humanity committee. She has also worked as a Red Cross volunteer and participated in numerous board fundraisers as well as fundraising for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. She loves walking and meditating, yet is energized by her interactions with people. She currently serves on the Coldwell Banker Community Foundation, which has contributed major donations to a number of local charities.
