Prior to being a real estate agent, Ilan spent his past being a successful general contractor and a company owner for over 25 years. In addition, Ilan has been investing in Real Estate during this time by flipping homes, purchasing destress properties and becoming a specialist in creative Real Estate.

Professional background

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Ilan Sigura has been a successful founder and owner of a construction and painting companies (Sigura Construction & Sigura ProPainting) in the Bay Area. Ilan began working in residential and commercial construction at the age of 16. His father, who was a contractor, taught him the trade. After graduating from university in Israel with a Mechanical Engineering degree, Ilan continued working in the field of construction in New Jersey while pursuing his second degree in Computer Software, from Montclair State University. In addition, Ilan spent his past 20 years investing in real estate, flipping homes, and becoming a specialist in creative real estate.
