Originally from Tehran, Iran, Frieda relocated to the United States in 1976. After receiving her BA in Environmental Design from California State University in Los Angeles with a minor in Interior Design, she was admitted to the Master’s Program in Architecture at California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.
She brings to her career a background as a project manager in design and architecture for residential and commercial real estate that serves her clients well.
Freida holds an extensive list of esteemed certifications, from being a Certified Property Manager, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and “Green Agent” to an REO and Short Sale Specialist.
A longtime resident of Mission Viejo, she enjoys giving back to the community through her church and by supporting the Orange County Mission and Child Foundation. Then later on I continued my career with Tarbel Realtors for 5 years, Then Joined Remax Real Estate services in 2003. My sales volume continued to go every year and resulted in achieving many awards in my sales and performances as an knowledgable, respected agent and be among the list of top producers in the country.
- In 2005 I earned a Brokers License and started to continue my work as broker Associate with Remax Real Estate Service.
- 2006-, 2007, 2008 opened our own office " White House Real Estate/ Property Management and White House Lending" I employed 23 Agent who worked diligently to help our business grow. We all worked as a team who respected and help each other grow professionally.
- The market collapsed in 2007-2008. That resulted for us to close our office and then I continued my work from 2008-2010 with first Team Real Estate in Mission Viejo..
- 2010-2011 we bought a Real Estate Franchise, Pacific National Realty in order to service Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac bank owned properties.
- 2011-2013 I joined Realty One Group as a broker associate and on Dec 2013 I joined Coldwell Banker.
