Chris has an entrepreneurial spirit and ties to real estate have been in her family for years.  Starting with building her own home, Chris has participated in several personal real estate projects.  These experiences led her to join the highly regarded and progressive Coldwell Banker Realty.  She believes in building value for the client.  Her passion for helping clients find the perfect property and preparing their home to sell is paramount to her.  She treats each person as an individual, matching their tastes and wishes with the right living environment and financial comfort zone.

Chris holds a BS degree from Oregon State University, a Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from San Jose State University, an MA from Santa Clara University, and she earned her real estate license through Chamberlain Real Estate School.  To better serve her clients, Chris earned the coveted GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation and is a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury designee.
