More about Fernie Campos
Fernie Campos has been a Ventura County realtor for over 25 years. As a lifelong resident, Fernie couldn't imagine himself living anywhere else or doing anything else for a living. For Fernie, real estate isn't just about helping his clients make smart buying and selling decisions; it’s about making sure they understand the home buying process every step of the way. His commitment to education on real estate issues is clear because Fernie has frequently led public awareness seminars on the buying and selling process, as well as how to protect yourself against real estate fraud. The way Fernie sees it, we have a commitment to give back to our community, and education is just one of the many ways in which he’s happy to do his part. Fernie has strong communication and negotiation skills, which means that his clients – who have sometimes included multiple generations within the same family over the course of many years! – benefit from his ability to both understand their needs and negotiate on their behalf. Fernie has so much more than an extensive knowledge of real estate; he is sincerely compassionate and has established a reputation for trustworthiness, honesty and integrity. He loves seeing his clients move into the home of their dreams or make the best financial decision possible for their families. With almost three decades in the business, Fernie has accumulated an impressive list of accomplishments that include participation on the Board of Realtors Board of Directors; 2010 Board of Realtors ‘Realtor of the Year’ Award; past President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP); and numerous awards for successfully negotiating and closing a high volume of sales for his clients each year. Fernie works at Coldwell Banker Residential in Oxnard where he puts his experience to work on a diverse list of property types including oceanfront homes, distressed and short sale properties, bank foreclosures, relocation and income properties.
