Kris Linberg finds it both fulfilling and exciting to assist buyers through the process of finding the right property, and likewise assisting sellers to get the best price, and find the very right buyers for their home. As a Realtor with Coldwell Banker for the past 22 years Kris' work record shows that she will work hard for you and protect you through this complicated process. Kris is known for being available almost 24/7 on her phone, and for working nights and weekends, available to answer any questions that you have and available to show you properties according to your schedule. She is very detail-oriented and works through each transaction thoroughly. Working with clients from the Beach communities to East County, North County, South County and in all of San Diego County she has worked with some properties that were extremely difficult to sell, yet has persevered through to the completion of the sale. • Followed a career as a Flight Attendant with TWA for 28 years
• Presently enjoying her current career as a Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker for the past 22 years, initially in Northern California and currently in wonderful San Diego!
