Bill began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and has also worked for Intero Real Estate. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from San Jose State University.

He was an award-winning Independent Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Los Gatos office. Bill has managed the San Jose-Almaden office since January of 2013. The office was designated as a Premier office by Coldwell Banker headquarters for 2013-2022. Coldwell Banker combined the Willow Glen and Almaden offices in February 2023. Bill is now broker manager of the Coldwell Banker San Jose office.
