Neal was in real estate with Better Homes and Gardens on Mercer Island in the Seattle area and has a marketing and advertising background. For 10 years, he produced trade shows and conferences in the technology sector. Eight years ago, Neal decided to go back into real estate and joined Donna as her partner at Coldwell Banker. Neal was a Keynote Speaker at the 2003 California Association of Realtors conference in San Diego. Neal has been frequently a featured guest on Mortgage Magic's television show on San Jose's Comcast network.
