Greg brings over thirty years of commercial real estate experience to Coldwell Banker Commercial. He previously held senior positions with national real estate firms focusing on CRE investments, development, syndication and property management. During this time he was involved in acquisitions and asset management of multi-family, regional shopping centers, and high-rise office. As Director of the Commercial Exchange Group Greg specializes in investment property sales and exchanges. His comprehensive exchange approach includes selecting property types to fit the Client's objectives including new construction or value-add multifamily, Absolute NNN properties leased to national tenants on long term leases, and Direct Participation Trusts.
