Business Philosophy

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado. Given piano, accordion, and organ lessons by parents who made me practice! Turned "professional" at age 12 when I was paid for playing my first wedding! Early life was filled with music, playing for a church, a dance school, a music store, school events, dance bands, and community events.

Graduate from University of Colorado at Boulder with major in finance and minor in music and literature. Played piano for many campus events. Was on dean's list.

Moved to San Francisco in 1956. Son Larry Boeck Jr. and daughter Cynthia Boeck Hardy. Five Grandchildren. Son and family live in Novato, and daughter and family live in Bali, Indonesia.

Went to work selling real estate in 1975. I am a full time professional, consistent top producer and recipient of the President's Award of Distinction since 1980, and licensed real estate broker.
