Initially earning my real estate license in 2004 in Texas, I’ve had a passion for real estate spanning 20 years.  In that time, I’ve enjoyed a rewarding career as a land negotiator and professional mediator while being heavily involved in real estate as an investor, property manager, and member of multiple HOA boards.  My responsibilities as a land negotiator encompassed managing land operations for numerous assets, including surface and mineral leasing, complex title review, drafting contracts, as well as playing a critical role in negotiating and supporting due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers totaling over 5 billion dollars.  My considerable experience as both a land negotiator and a professional mediator, which includes over 50 real estate cases, allows me to be a strong advocate for my clients.

After I graduated from law school in 2007, my wife Page and I made the decision to relocate to Colorado.  We absolutely love this beautiful state, and it’s been amazing to build our lives and grow our family here.  Family is extremely important to me, and I love spending time with Page, our two daughters (Aubrie and Sadie), and our French Bulldog (Tux).  I also place great importance in serving my community, and I do so as a soccer coach for my daughters’ soccer teams and as a volunteer mediator for Better Business Bureau, Small Claims Court, and the Turelli Foundation.  In my spare time, you can find me playing golf, skiing, hiking, exploring Colorado with my family, and watching all of the Denver professional teams as well as the Texas A&M Aggies.
