Get to Know Sharon Lamb

Buying or Selling a home, my business philosophy is: "You the client are my priority." I will listen to you, educate and work with you, putting you, your needs and desires first so that your experience with the entire real estate transaction process is a positive one.

I grew up in Littleton, CO, and graduated from Heritage High School. I then attended Colorado State University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Housing and Design. Prior to having my three children and also while raising my family, I enjoyed and built my own business designing custom kitchens and bathrooms for clients, family and friends all around the Denver Metro area as well as in Colorado mountain towns. My client's satisfaction was of utmost importance. Therefore, most clients were repeat clients or referrals - the greatest compliment and the most gratifying way of doing business.

From there, Real Estate beckoned. You the, the client, are still my priority. Having grown up and raised my family here, I know and love the Denver Metro area as well as the amenities and life style it offers. My professional and personal experience, attention to detail, ability to actively listen to each individual's needs, as well as ability to negotiate, I continue to utilize those skills. Guiding, educating and teaming with you to facilitate, with ease for you my client, the journey of buying or selling a home is what matters to me.
