My name is Tracy Kilian and I received my real estate license as well as my Real Estate Negotiation Expert RENE certification in 2023. This is after spending close to 20 years buying and selling homes as either rental or flipping properties. Having purchased and sold multiple homes myself, I have been in your shoes and understand buyer and seller cares and concerns. Being raised just to the north in Wyoming, I have a great appreciation and spend much time in northern Colorado shopping, eating, recreating, and most importantly being with friends and family. I graduated from the University of Wyoming and have worked as a Registered Nurse for over 25 years. And as my children have grown, I have decided to grow, joining the real estate profession as a Realtor*.
