Scott Dana offers over 16 years of mortgage industry experience serving clients in Connecticut. Whether helping a first-time buyer or seasoned veteran, Scott has helped a wide range of clients using a full range of loan products including FHA, conventional, Jumbo, VA, blended and more. Scott recognizes the importance of paying attention to details and to what his clients say - both are critical to understanding their unique needs and providing the right kind of advice and guidance. "I lead my clients through every step of the mortgage process, from pre-approval all the way to the day of closing - that's why my motto is, "I listen, we communicate, you close,'" stated Scott. His commitment can be seen in his being honored multiple times as a Chairman's and President's Club recipient for high achievement. A graduate of Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Arts in general sports studies and management, Scott grew up in New York City. In his spare time, he participates in numerous activities related to his son and daughter, including football, basketball, cheerleading, dance and others. He also volunteers as their basketball coach and serves as the treasurer for local Pop Warner football and cheerleading organizations.
