Hello! I am a realtor and investor with more than 20-years of experience.  I started my realty career in college working for a developer and shortly after began buying land and then amassing a portfolio of rental properties.  I also actively fix & flip homes on a regular basis as an investor and built over a half dozen homes.  Eventually, I became a realtor because I love working with people & I love finding folks their dream home!
