Ruth Papuchis Grelewicz serves as Managing Broker of the Plantation Lakeside Office of Coldwell Banker. Ruth brings to her role a wealth of experience and knowledge, and her primary focus is the success and business building development of each of her Sales Associates, and is very importantly, a non-competing Broker. She works closely with both new and experienced associates to develop a strong Business Plan to ensure their success. Weekly workshops include Sales/Listing Contract Review, Listing Role Play using our Customized Marketing Plan, and Prospecting Activities. She also provides one on one coaching to associates on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis depending on the desire and need of individuals. Her "open door" policy allows associates to know there is support and guidance available at all times...it's one of the hallmarks of her leadership style. The Plantation Lakeside Office's Culture is one of teamwork, idea sharing, camaraderie and support. Ruth was licensed in 1983 and prior to joining the Southeast Florida Team, she served as Regional Vice President for Coldwell Banker's Mid-Atlantic Region. Her prior role in Senior Leadership gives her a unique perspective with regard to Coldwell Banker's tools, resources and global reach. She most recently served on the Board of Governors for the Miami Association of Realtors. Ruth now proudly serves as the Broward County Chairperson for the Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation. The Cares Foundation allows Coldwell Banker to give back to both local and national non-profits through it's fundraising and associate contributions. Since The Foundation began, they have raised and donated almost 5 million dollars.
