Jed’s corporate career began at one of the Big Five consulting houses Arthur Andersen where she achieved the highest score of any candidate in the history of their company in their battery of admissions tests. Within 2 months of joining she was put on fast –track to partner . She went on with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and then Andersen Consulting to lead teams that consulted for governments across Europe, Africa, the US and Asia, for national and multi national corporations, addressing large-scale complex business process, change transition and mergers and acquisitions based projects. Jed’s unusual success was due to something that differentiated her in her field , she is a Polymath, and so her skills do not lie in only one area – she distinguished herself as a leader who was exceptional at executing solutions rather than someone who was solely gifted at analysing problems.

Clients recognised this ability and her skills at negotiating high-stakes projects and mobilising change led to an increased demand for her executive coaching and management training,. She worked with CEOs, Heads of State and Department Heads developing innovative solutions to support her clients in overcoming life-long internal and systemic obstacles. she went on to train in the US equivalent of Clinical Psychology focusing on the distinctive and under-researched area of high IQ Psychology.

Jed’s interest in and later passion for, the Real Estate asset class developed throughout this period as she managed large Real Estate portfolio transactions and detailed merger, expansion and business re-structuring projects involving Real Estate portfolios and Real Estate development projects. During her time as a Graduate student at Harvard Jed specialised in Real Estate Investment and Real Estate Investment Finance , becoming an expert in her field and honing her market analysis skills.

Jed stands out in the field of Real Estate as she not only brings Blue Chip acumen, and unusually high intelligence to her clients’ transactions but also she brings her skills as a Psychologist and Coach. Whether it is supporting her clients to buy a new home, to develop their portfolio or to make a decision on proceeding with a large scale development project Jed is able to provide expert analysis of the market and the transaction but also to provide expert negotiation and communication skills to lead the transaction confidently and efficiently to a successful close.

She feels strongly that her clients’ trust in her to help and support them to make what is often a significant financial decision is absolutely precious and she devotes herself to honouring that trust and advocating in every possible way for their benefit. It is this she believes that is responsible for her clients invariably becoming her friends. Being part of their financial success and their families' happiness and stability in a field that she is fascinated by makes being a Realtor a role that she finds deeply fulfilling.

Jed has lived and worked all over the world, born and educated initially in England, during her career she has lived in Europe, Africa, North and South America and has travelled extensively elsewhere. Jed has three children and is actively involved in various capacities in the community and sits on several charitable boards, . She has a particular passion for horse-riding and the Arts and her happy place is in the centre seat of the stalls at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden .
