Additionally, she has experience in working with builders and developers on land acquisitions, rezoning and new construction sites, as well working with investors capitalizing on the best return for high profits in flipping properties or building a portfolio.

Kimberly also lived overseas in Malta where she promoted a “New State of the Art” shopping mall, Thepointmalta.com as the Leasing Manager working hand in hand with local and International clients including: Debenhams, Benetton, Sisly, Guess, Aldo, Adidas, Reebok, Baby Phat and Esprit. Beyond promoting and marketing were negotiations to include price, terms and conditions for over 50 leases. Kimberly worked with each of the clients and architects to help in their build out process to adhere to the Master Plan of the mall.
