Shelley has been selling real estate in Central Florida for more than 18 years. Before joining Coldwell Banker in early 2009, she was with Kelly Price & Company where she perennially was one of its top producing agents, including 2007 when she ranked No. 1 with $25.2 million in sales. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) – a designation that less than 2 percent of the nation’s Realtors hold.
