In the beginning of 2017, Andrew broke away from his previous brokerage to start The Newell Team under the Coldwell Banker Brand. It was at this point that he decided to bring in the one person that started him in real estate, Donna Newell Smith. Donna comes to The Newell Team with over 32 years of experience in the metro Atlanta Market selling predominately $500k plus homes.

Donna is a licensed real estate agent and a consistent top producer with over 30 years experience in the real estate industry. She has participated in a variety of real estate contract transactions, including Atlanta’s luxury residential properties, investment property management, as well as commercial/industrial sales and leasing. Donna's experience also includes her work as an onsite agent for developments including Pre-construction, Commercial and Recreational communities. Donna has also served as Director of Training for Atlanta based companies where her responsibilities included the thorough training of all new agents.
