Shawn’s love of real estate, entrepreneurial spirit and interest in human development has shaped a blend of talents. He is a residential real estate broker in both Georgia and Florida with a specialty in condominium and townhome sales. He is a general contractor, and certified life coach.

Much of Shawn's career has been in developer services, which has given him a deep knowledge of real estate construction and a unique ability to motivate a sales team.

He has been an international top income earner and number one agent company-wide in 2015 with 50 million in sales. He then went on a trip around the world in 2016, visiting 42 countries! Upon his return, he became the director of sales for one of the fastest selling townhome communities in Atlanta.
