Renee Kilday is an expert in residential and commercial real estate. She has been involved in real estate in one facet or another since obtaining her real estate license in 1999 in Florida, which she transferred to Atlanta in 2004.

She began her career in real estate in property management and then worked her way up to a Senior Level Manager on the Acquisitions Team of a local Multi-Family Management Company. In this role, she oversaw the operations of various Multi-Family developments, from 200 units to upwards of 950, in both Florida and Georgia. Her responsibilities in this role included the management and oversight of operations at a senior level. She currently provides consulting to owners and investors interested in increasing value, revenue and decreasing operational expenses.

With Renee’s knowledge based in the commercial side of real estate, she has an abundance of skills that benefit her residential clients. From renovating and flipping properties to organizing repairs and preparing properties to sell, she is excited to assist her clients with all their real estate needs. Whether Renee is managing your multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio or guiding you through your first home purchase, you can rest assured she has the expertise to advise you or your company.

The married mother of three and grandmother of two is a consummate family woman whose passion and love for her family extends to each of her clients, which can be seen in her attention to each detail of your deal. When Renee is not working, you will usually find her enjoying time with her grandchildren, gardening, and volunteering in her community. She is a 13-year Auxiliary member with the Atlanta 714 Fraternal Order of Eagles and has served as an officer at both the local and state level. She currently holds the position of auditor for this organization.
