Personal Background

Felix was born in Cuba, raised in Miami, and has been a resident of Hawaii since 2001. Since he moved to Hawaii, he has considered Hawaii and its people his "Ohana". Felix has an impressive military career spanning over 26 years of service. In the Air Force, Felix traveled the world entwining with its many people and cultures. Felix has cultivated excellent communications skills and excelled in his ability to work under pressure. Felix dedicates his spare time volunteering for Troy Barboza Torch Run and Cop on Top, which raises funds for the Hawaii Special Olympics.
