Born and raised in the Philippines, Susan graduated with a degree in Accounting. She worked as Accountant in various field of businesses. Her knowledge and expertise in business gave her the ability to understand and analyze the market, negotiate for her clients, prepare a volume of paperwork and a keen sense for finance.

Susan is also an RN, passionate in helping people improve their health and well-being. Nursing can be challenging in taking care of patients’ needs but seeing the progress of her patient’s health gives her a sense of accomplishment and purpose. With her extensive nursing background, it gave her a broader understanding of other people’s feelings, assessing and educating her clients’ needs with an open mind.

Her passion in real estate grew deep as she witnessed her parents invests in real estate. She loved the freedom to operate her own business so she went all in. She always gave one-hundred percent of her effort in every transaction putting her client's interest her top priority. It gave her satisfaction when she's been able to help a client buy or sell a home and witnessed the immeasurable joy in their faces that their dream of owning a home became a reality. The fun part is, as she continues to stay in touch with them, they became her friends.
