My Approach to Business & Real Estate:

There are three basic elements that lie at the foundation of my approach; Integrity, Commitment, and Results. I believe in doing what’s right, hard work, and providing value to anyone I work with regardless of the situation or challenges that may arise. Many people feel Real Estate agents are salesmen…I’m not a salesman. Instead, I consider myself to be a consultant. To provide accurate information and sound recommendations in order to place my client’s in the best possible position for their specific situation. Whether it’s representing you in the sale or purchase of Real Estate, it’s my mission to provide you with amazing service, an enjoyable experience, and ultimately results. 
My Experience:

I started my professional career in advertising at Milici Valenti Ng Pack, Hawaii’s premiere advertising agency. There I quickly moved up the account management ranks while working on some of Hawaii’s largest accounts including Ala Moana Center, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Hawaii and First Hawaiian Bank. My seven years of advertising and client relations experience allow me to view Real Estate through the eyes of an advertising professional. When representing a seller, I know the importance of truly understanding your property, its competition and identifying your target market. Then using that information to create a marketing plan to position your property to sell quickly and for top dollar. In fact my very first sale was a property in Kaneohe that had previously been on the market for a year…without ONE offer. I obtained the listing and through my own staging techniques and marketing efforts was able to stimulate activity on a previously cold listing and secure a buyer in just 33 days – at full list price. Since then I have a represented buyers and sellers in successful transactions in Downtown, Hawaii Kai, Kaka'ako, Kailua, Kaneohe, Makaha, Makakilo and Mililani.     
About Me:
I’m a local boy from Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. A graduate of Konawaena High School and have a double-major from The Shidler College of Business at The University of Hawaii in Marketing & Management. I grew up playing baseball, football and competing in outrigger canoe paddling and continue to enjoy an active lifestyle. I fulfill my competitive cravings by playing softball in local slow pitch leagues and amuse my friends on the golf course whenever I get the chance. Someday, I’d love to start paddling again and hope to do so soon.
