Rob specializes in new construction custom townhomes, single family and condos. In recent years he has worked very closely with custom builders that focused their attention in Kildeer, Barrington, Palatine and Inverness. Rob recently represented a custom developer in Kildeer for an upscale single family subdivision known as the Enclave. This sanctuary resides on 17 acres with a total of nine homes. He has also represented the builder in a 106 unit townhome development in Inverness and Palatine called Maison Du Comte.
Rob's residential resale experience has been with various properties ranging from lake front residential, single family, townhomes, vacant land, condos and 2-4 flats.
