About Me

Catherine Devlin has lived in Chicago for 22 years. She is a high-energy, optimistic agent. Catherine prides herself on her tenacity and commitment to her clients. She is passionate about finding them the best deal/fit whether they are buying or selling. Her professional experience in previous roles as a marketing professional in the banking sector and as a Human Resources specialist for a small company lend themselves to real estate in many ways. Her understanding of marketing provides her selling clients with a distinct advantage when it comes to listing their home and drawing in potential buyers. Her experience in Human Resources gives her insight into how to communicate during a negotiation and help all parties involved reach a satisfactory transaction.

A longtime resident of Chicago’s northwest side, where she lives with her husband and two teenagers, Catherine specializes in the real estate markets both there and in the northern suburbs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master’s degree from Trinity College Dublin. In her free time, she enjoys traveling.

Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Often buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
