More about Gordon Munden
Background & Expertise
With over 25 years of residential sales experience, Gordon is a seasoned professional with a low-key manner and a constant smile on his face. Anyone who gets to know Gordon would agree that his enthusiasm is infectious. Gordon has an uncanny ability to connect with homebuyers, enabling him to quickly earn their confidence and anticipate their needs. He is highly knowledgeable about Chicago’s North Side neighborhoods with experience in a broad range of price points and property types, and he is especially talented with it comes to estimating current market values. Gordon's consistent success in residential sales can be attributed in part to his prior professional experience. After graduating from Wisconsin’s Beloit College with a degree in theater, Gordon became a staple in Chicago's thriving theater community appearing on stage in more than 60 productions. His ability to develop a rapport with his audience as well as his gift for communication has enhanced his ability to effectively close sales.
A pet owner and avid animal lover, Gordon is a founding member of Realtors to the Rescue, a not-for-profit organization that builds awareness among the Realtor community about the plight of homeless pets. In addition, Gordon is an accomplished musician. He has been playing the guitar since he was ten, and is equally adept at folk, rock, blues, jazz, and the Great American Songbook.
Gordon and his wife are longtime residents of Chicago’s Roscoe Village neighborhood. Although very involved in their community, they also enjoy venturing out to restaurants in nearby Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Ravenswood, and Lincoln Square.
