Ken Goodwin was born and raised in Carrollton, Georgia where he graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2012 with degrees in Mass Communications (BA) and Marketing (BS) specializing in Public Relations, and receiving his Human Resource Certification. Goodwin served as a group orientation leader, The Speaker of Ceremony for orientation programs, and a founding father of Lambda Phi- Sigma Chi, President. Moving to the Midwest from Georgia with a sales and marketing team specializing in real estate.

K Goodwin Realty was established in 2012, adding an office in Chicago summer of 2016 to help family and friends with real estate design and development, investment portfolios, and transactions: sales, leasing, commercial, and residential. For leisure, Goodwin enjoys writing, reading, cooking, nature, and exercise, recently competing in the NPC Gladiator. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Chicago Association of Realtors, YPN, the Greater River North Business Association, Membership Chair, attending services at City Church, Chicago, and devoting time for discipleship with Heart Home Church, western suburbs.
