Jon Floyd has been a licensed real estate agent for 20+ years. Jon has also been a successful real estate investor. He has personally bought and sold more than 100 homes as investments. His investments have been in areas all across Chicago, north suburbs and in states of Kentucky, Tennessee and Florida. This experience is unique and important because he understands what it feels like to be on the selling side and buying side of real estate. There is an emotional and financial part that comes with a real estate transaction and Jon Floyd has that understanding.

Personal Background
Jon Floyd grew up in a far north suburb of Chicago. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. After graduating from college, he lived in several neighborhoods around Chicago, including Lakeview and the West Loop before venturing to the suburbs.
Jon is also a big fitness enthusiast; he loves to compete in triathlons and completed an Ironman (140.6 mile race). He also enjoys golf, reading, theater, playing sports with his two children and walks with their dog, Cody.
