York Center Plaza is a 74,000 SF combined retail/office/flex space center located directly at the I-290 access point for York Road, across from LA Fitness, Starbucks and Mariano's. Traffic on York Road is in excess of 23,000 vehicles per day. The center is directly at a Pace Bus stop location. Several new tenants over the last couple years have rejuvenated the center and given it the identity of a true community center.
