More about Christine Lunda
Christine Lunda is a new licensed agent for the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Schaumburg office, whose passion for the real estate industry and impressive background make her the go-to agent to make your dreams a reality.
Having grown up down the street from the magnificent Ringling Brothers Mansions, Christine developed a passion for architecture and design. It wasn’t until college where she took a class and did a project revolving around real estate that she knew she wanted to be in the real estate industry.
Prior to joining the real estate industry, Christine received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and worked as an accountant for over 35 years. Throughout that time, she developed an extensive list of skills that seamlessly transition into the skills necessary to be a successful real estate agent. She exceeded client expectations through demonstrating confidentiality, loyalty and fiduciary responsibilities, which are all requirements in the real estate industry. It is the learned skills like these that set Christine apart from other agents.
Now, as a member of Coldwell Banker, Christine has immediate access to its industry-leading reach, global resources and impressive online tools. Christine has everything she needs to maximize the exposure of her clients’ homes, ensuring that the listing will be seen by thousands of buyers looking for a new home; and she also has the resources backing her to help you find the home of your dreams.
When not out conquering the real estate world, Christine enjoys giving back to the community in any way she can. Currently, she volunteers at the Kenneth Young Center and Wings in Elk Grove Village, and she also provides and serves food for PADS with Holy Family Church in Palatine/Inverness, IL.
Christine is a current resident of Elk Grove Village and has been for almost 40 years. As a result, she has extensive knowledge of the area, which makes her the perfect resource to find the right home for you.
