Personal Background
Working as a Realtor since 1988, Diane has also been a North Shore resident for 40+ years, and grew up in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. She has deep community roots with active involvement in school and local affairs. She taught for many years for both Wilmette School District 39 and the Wilmette Park District Preschool, where she helped develop the Kindergarten Enrichment Program. She was a founding member of Parents' Concern, a support group for new parents. As a Mom to 3 daughters, she served on PTA boards, Wilmette’s Community Review Committee, School Board Caucus and was a Girl Scout leader. She has served on the Board of Directors of The Josselyn Clinic and currently is serving as a member of the Board and the Grant Committee of Special Kids Foundation.
