A lifelong North Shore resident, Maureen is a member of the #1 office on the North Shore. For 25 years she managed the #1 office in Chicagoland. Her clients have come to expect thorough market knowledge and immediate response to their individual situations. Establishing a relationship with either a buyer or seller is the cornerstone of trust. Maureen has been a consistent member or Coldwell Banker's President's Elite (the top 1% of managers in the U.S.) and Vice President of Coldwell Banker. She was named 2009 REALTOR OF THE YEAR by the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors - a very prestigious honor.

- Member of the select President's Council, 1999 through 2008, top 1% of the Coldwell Banker managers.
I entered the real estate field in 1978 as a sales associate in Evanston, Illinois and moved to the Winnetka office in 1980. Shortly thereafter I became the assistant manager in Winnetka. In 1984 I was appointed manager and retained that position until 2010. During that time the Winnetka office was the #1 office on the North Shore in sales volume from 1990 – 2002. I am a member of Coldwell Banker’s Elite Club of Managers in the U.S. Only 1% of all managers obtain this honor.
The North Shore Board of Realtors elected me as realtor of the year in 2003. I have received awards of excellence over many years throughout my career with the last three years closing $20.8 million in 2014, $22 million in 2015 and $21.6 million in 2016. Only 2% of brokers reach this goal in Coldwell Banker Homes. I recently received the Top 1,000 Agent Award for 3rd Quarter 2016 from over 46,000 agents in the company nationwide.
Maureen is the mother of three grown sons and has 6 grandchildren. She enjoys, golf, travel and theater. She is a member of the Winnetka Women's Club, the Winnetka Chamber of Commerce and Chicago Drama League.
