Marsha brings more than 25 years of experience and an abiding commitment to going above and beyond into each client relationship. Marsha has helped buyers find homes in South Boston, South End, Back Bay, Charlestown, Somerville, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Milton, Marion and Mattapoisett. Her experience selling single family, multi-family and condominiums has helped sellers in Boston and the surrounding suburbs with the quick sale of their homes. Marsha joined Coldwell Banker Back Bay in 2017 and formed the MacLean Springer Group. Utilizing resources available at Coldwell Banker and her leadership skills, Marsha helped double the team production volume and earned the International President’s Circle Team Recognition and became the #6 team in North America in Rental Volume in 2018.
